GETTING STARTED WITH ESTHEMAX

Registration is free and available for all beauty industry professionals! If you are located in Canada, kindly visit www.esthemax.ca and click “Register.” You will have to fill out the registration form and upload your certificate or diploma from a course in the beauty industry, or your business license. Someone from our team will review your application and approve your account within 1-2 business days. At which point, you will receive an email stating your registration has been approved and activated! It’s that simple. Afterwards you can log into your account using the username and password you chose upon registration, and begin to browse our website of offerings and products and order online!

If you are located in The United States, or an International country, kindly visit www.esthemax.com to find a distributor near you. Here you will find all the necessary contact information for a distributor in your area. They will be able to assist with accounts and ordering.

Here at Esthemax Canada we use UPS to deliver our packages to our lovely customers and unfortunately UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes.

Esthemax Canada has a minimum order of only $180 per order. Enjoy shopping!

Shipping is free on orders over $500 before tax! On orders that do not meet the minimum spend there is a flat shipping fee of $20 within Ontario, and $40 outside of Ontario.

Processing new orders typically takes 1-3 business days. Due to high demand, delivery with UPS may take longer than usual. Shipping and delivery can be anywhere from 5-10 business days, depending on where you are located in Canada.

Unfortunately, after you submit your order it cannot be adjusted. We are unable to add or remove items from your order because they automatically get sent to our processing team to be prepared for shipment. We kindly ask that you review your cart before submitting your order to ensure that everything looks good!

You definitely can! Kindly follow the steps at checkout as if you were paying via PayPal and the PayPal site will prompt you to enter your credit card information.

MSRP is a 100% markup on products marked available for retail sale.

Simply mix 1 ½ scoops of powder with 1 scoop of water to create a jelly like consistency. Spread it evenly over your clients face and let it sit for 15-20 minutes before peeling off.

Esthemax Canada is working hard at bringing over more products from Esthemax USA. Due to health regulation differences, it may take longer to achieve this, but we are hoping to offer more products in the future!

Esthemax does not require an opening order and offers a low minimum order spend of $180 which allows you to sample our products with very little commitment when ordering.

We are pleased to say that most of our masks are safe to use for new and expectant mothers. We always encourage service providers to have their clients check in with doctors prior to any treatment. Should their medical team approve of the treatment, all of our JellyMasks are safe for use during pregnancy and nursing, excluding the following two:

  • ALA Spot Diminishing
  • Vampire PLLA Infusion

The above two items contain Sculptra, and as a result, we do not recommend their use during this time.

The Esthemax Hydrojelly™ Masks are made in the U.S. and some other products are manufactured in Korea (the home of K Beauty).

We import directly from the U.S. and distribute to our Partners across Australia.

SHIPPING

Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.

Once your order is shipped we will send you another email to confirm you the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order (when the delivery method allows it).

Additionally, you can track the status of your order from your “order history” section on your account page on the website.

We ship only to Canada.

If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of “delivered”, please contact customer service for assistance.

If an item was missing from your shipment, don’t worry we have you covered! Simply contact us at [email protected] and include your order number to open an investigation, we will have a representative from our team contact you within 24 hours with a resolution.

Tax is calculated based on province and added to the total.
