Licensed or certified Facial/Skincare Professionals are welcome to register at our website. www.esthemax.ca We activate new accounts within 48 hours after reviewing the applicant’s certification and or business license.

Reselling and Pricing Policies
Reselling Esthemax Professional Products: By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you acknowledge that you are prohibited from reselling Esthemax Professional Products except for the retail hydrojelly masks collection. These products are intended for use by licensed or certified Facial/Skincare Professionals and are not authorized for resale. Any unauthorized reselling of Esthemax Professional Products is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Reselling Retail Hydrojelly Mask: If you are an authorized retailer of Esthemax Retail Hydrojelly Mask, you are permitted to resell this product. However, it is essential to adhere to the Minimum Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) of $44 CAD. You must not list or sell the Retail Hydrojelly Mask below this minimum price to maintain consistent pricing and protect the brand’s value. Violation of the minimum MSRP may lead to the termination of your account.
Warranty Disclaimer
This site and the materials and products on this site are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, esthemax shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Shipping typically takes 3~7 business days. Shipping may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.

Exchange Policy
All return & exchange claims must be made within 10 days of the customer’s receipt of the products.
-While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of each other, occasionally there may be a discrepancy / damaged item(s) in your shipment. Please contact us immediately at 1-877-212-6444.
-Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for the fastest service.
-To assure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.
Return Policy
Returned shipping is not refundable. 20% restocking fees will be applied. Opened products will not be refunded.

Refund Policy
The goods must be in the original condition, unopened, undamaged packaging and shipped with a copy of the original sales invoice or packing list slip in sealed cartons with appropriate packaging materials. Your return and exchange will be processed promptly and will be shipped via standard ground shipping. Processing and transit time for exchange package is received. Business days are from Monday to Friday, excluding Canadian holidays. An email will be sent to confirm receipt and processing of your return or exchange request. Client will be responsible for shipping charges or exchanged products. Refunds must be made within 7 days of receipt of the products.
